The quote tool

The quote form collects your gender, birth date, your description of your current health, tobacco status, desired coverage amount, and preferred policy term. This information gets transmitted to the quoting engine run by the carriers' application network to return rates. Your information is not retained by this website. No name, location, phone, or email is needed to view quotes. If identical requests appear within a short time window, cached results may be shown without re-querying the engine.

Applying

Should you proceed with an application, your answers are used to populate a secure form on the carriers' application platform, which you will then complete under that platform's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), handles all applications.

The contact form

The contact form requests your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preference for how we should reply, the topic of your inquiry, and your message text. Email delivery goes directly to the agency; your email becomes the reply address. The website maintains no stored copy of your message, no database of submissions, and no message content logs. A quick anti-spam validation runs in your browser before transmitting.

Measurement

This site measures page views using first-party, cookieless analytics delivered from this domain. No cookies or persistent device identifiers are created; your IP address is truncated before storage; web referrer information with query strings is stripped away; raw data logs are removed every ninety days. Visitors who send Do Not Track signals or Global Privacy Control preferences are excluded from all measurement.

What we do not do

We decline to sell personal information, employ advertising tracking technology, or integrate third-party analytics services. The sole external code is the carriers' application platform displayed on the application page, which only loads if you navigate there.
