They are not an insurance offer, premium guarantee, or approval promise. The carrier sets the final rate, classification, and approval eligibility via underwriting; the actual policy language and any amendments are what control.

No insurance agreement occurs here. Asking for a quote, sending an application, or submitting a contact message does not establish coverage. Coverage begins only when an insurance company issues a policy, you receive it, and you have paid the premium.
